"Often she felt as though she had been picked up and turned about like a kaleidoscope, that all her complacent assumptions had been shaken up and reassembled in a different order." (Judith Lennox)

Best of the Wurst

Listen vary carefully, I shall say zis only once . . .

It is the evening of Friday 13th November 1942. You are in Occupied Brittany,in the sleepy town of Quimper, near Brest. In the Castle Quimper Hotel, a Wurst-tasting is being arranged, ably supported by eminent charcutières and the hotel staff. There is a buzz in the air, as a very important guest is anticipated by all present...

Best of the Wurst (a Peaky Game) is a light-hearted game of farce, innuendo and sausages set in Occupied France in the style of the BBC television series ‘Allo ‘Allo.

If you have seen 'Allo 'Allo, then you know what you're in for. If you haven't, then be prepared for sillyness, outrageous accents and innuendo - this is a fun game with classic characters, not a deep and meaningful experience.

Sausage (for carnivores and vegetarians) will be provided - you must bring your own flying helmets, egg whisks and wet celery.

Richards, Nathan

Salmon, Richard

Richard has been playing freeforms for rather too many years now.

In 2004 he was part of the writing & GM team for Siege of Troy and 2018 will see Shogun make it's debut.

He has been hindering Consequences since its inception by providing the platform upon which Mo works the magic of the web site.

In a break with what had become a tradition of just helping other people with their games, this year he is running Best of The Wurst himself (OK, it's still someone else's game, but at least I'm being Lead GM this time).
